1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Pak Funded Trader ("PFT", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you register for and use our trading evaluation platform.

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect information such as your full name, username, email address, and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form). We also collect trading activity data generated on the platform, including order history, positions, balances, drawing/chart annotations, and payout requests, in order to operate the evaluation and funded account system.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to: create and manage your account; verify your identity via email OTP; operate the trading, risk-engine, and payout systems; track affiliate referrals and commissions; send transactional emails (such as OTP codes, drawdown warnings, and payout confirmations); and improve the security and functionality of the platform.

4. Email Communications

We send account-related emails such as OTP verification codes, payout status updates, and (if enabled in your Settings) drawdown warning alerts. You may disable non-essential notification emails such as drawdown warnings at any time from your account Settings.

5. Data Storage and Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt) and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Access to your account is protected via a token-based authentication system. While we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

6. Payout and Payment Information

When you submit a payout request, we collect the payment details you provide (such as bank account details, mobile wallet numbers, or other information required by the payment method you select) solely for the purpose of processing that payout. This information is only visible to authorized platform administrators reviewing your request.

7. Affiliate Data

If you join our affiliate program, we track referral links, referred users, and commission history associated with your affiliate profile in order to calculate and pay out commissions accurately.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with trusted service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the platform (for example, email delivery services used to send OTP and notification emails), or where required by law.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account information and trading history for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for record-keeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

You may request to update your account details, change your password at any time from Settings, or request account-related data changes by contacting us through our contact page.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
